Returns & Refunds

We hope you love our curated and handpicked products as much as we do. However, should you not be satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a return or replacement within 14 days. 

If you want to return an item, please contact us at customerservice@flyingbeautiful.com to start the process. 

Please note that we can only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging. 

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. All returns are reviewed before being processed. 

Refunds are processed within 14 days upon receipt of the undamaged goods. 

For refunds we will reimburse you using your original payment method. 

Unfortunately we are not able to accept free returns.

Please make sure your parcel is sent by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
